Parcel Mapping - Mapping Applications such as Parcel Mapping offer an interactive mapping environment utilizing ESRI’s new ArcGIS Server technology. These custom applications are highly functional incorporating robust search functions and a wide array of printing formats. Parcels can be linked to KSCAMA in concert with Parcel Search (see below). Two applications Maps can be implemented in the base LGIS package, and can be designed specifically for departmental use or for general purpose at the organizaiton's discretion.
New Flood Maps - A digital mapping application derived from DRAFT Flood Insurance Rate Map (D-FIRM) data provided to Saline County by the Federal Emergency Management Assiciation (FEMA).
Parcel Search - Provides constituents with the capability to search County real estate information and display approximately 90% of the CAMA data available. The parcel search also provides printable County Appraisal documents such as ICS sheets, Comparable Sales, and Certified Valuation Notices. The search results interact with the GIS Map and the Tax Search information with active links. There are two levels of search available. Level One is the Public Search which displays limited information and for additional information please contact the County Appraiser’s Office. Level Two requires secure access, is for Certified Appraisers and has a user fee. If you would like to become a Registered User please contact your County Appraiser’s Office.
Tax Search - The purpose of this Module is to display the current and previous year's Tax information. The TAX SEARCH Module can be setup to display as much or as little information as the Treasurer wishes. Tax Search can have 2 levels of Search: Level 1 would display current year tax information and Level 2 would display detailed information on the Tax record with history. The fee the County would charge for this service is at the discretion of the County.
Polling Places - Allows voters to determine voting locations by inputting their address.
